Le Creuset Stoneware Brioche Pan, 1.4 qt., White – Even Baking with Elegant Ruffled Edges

I love the ruffled edges! It bakes evenly and makes my brioche look gorgeous.

This pan is well-made but only makes a small loaf. If you're baking for a crowd, go bigger. Still, the results are excellent.

I've used this pan three times now, and each brioche comes out perfectly golden and evenly baked. The stoneware retains heat beautifully. Also, it's a pretty white that goes with any kitchen.

Le Creuset never disappoints. The pan heats evenly, cleans easily, and the ruffled design is so elegant. Worth every penny, even at this price.

Even at 50% off, it's still pricey for a small pan. It does work well, but I expected slightly better performance. Still, it's a nice addition to my bakeware.
