Le Creuset Signature Square Skillet Grill and Panini Press Set, 10.25", Marseille

I've made paninis, grilled veggies, and even pancakes on this! The press is heavy enough to get perfect grill marks. The enamel is non-stick and easy to clean. Worth the splurge.

I use this almost daily. It heats evenly and the press does a great job. The only issue is that it's a bit heavy to store. Also, the handle can get hot, so use an oven mitt. But overall, very satisfied.
