Le Creuset Acacia Wood Butcher Block Cutting Board 16 Inch, FSC Certified, Multi-Purpose

This cutting board is gorgeous. The acacia wood has a rich color and it's very solid. It's the perfect size for prepping. I oil it regularly and it still looks brand new.

I love the look and durability, but it's quite heavy to move around. It's a big board, so it handles large cuts well. The juice groove is handy. Just a bit bulky to store.

This is the best cutting board I've ever owned. It's thick, stable, and has a nice large surface. It doesn't dull knives quickly. The FSC certification is a plus. I use it for everything – carving roasts, cutting vegetables, and serving cheese.
