Cuisinart Griddler GR-11P1 Indoor Grill & Panini Press - Stainless Steel, Nonstick Plates

I've used this Griddler for everything from grilled cheese to steak. The reversible plates are genius. I love that the grill plates are dishwasher safe. It heats quickly and evenly. The stainless steel looks great. Best kitchen gadget.

The Griddler makes excellent paninis and grills vegetables well. The nonstick coating is effective. However, the hinge feels a bit light, and the top plate doesn't stay up by itself—it falls down if you don't hold it. A minor design flaw.
