This roasting pan is solid and well-made. The stainless steel is thick and heats evenly. The handles are sturdy and stay cool enough to grab. Perfect size for a large chicken or small turkey. I've used it for roasting vegetables too. Love it.

The pan itself is excellent – heavy duty, easy to clean, and heats well. The rack that comes with it is a bit thin and wobbly, but it holds the meat fine. I might buy a better rack, but overall satisfied.
