Cuisinart Chef's Classic 2 Quart PURELYCERAMIC™ Non-Stick PFAS-Free Hard Anodized Saucepan

I love that this saucepan is PFAS-free and still has excellent nonstick properties. It heats evenly and cleans easily. The hard anodized construction feels durable. I use it for sauces, rice, and boiling vegetables. Great value for the price.

The pot is well-made and the nonstick works well. However, 2 quarts is a bit small for my needs – I often want a larger pot. But for its size, it's perfect. Heating is even, and cleanup is easy.
